CROFT Plot
A program developed by Dr. Croft which allows you to plot cervical and lumbar range of motion based on normative data by age and sex, as well as all other major joint ranges of motion. You can also plot the Neck Disability Index (NDI), the Oswestry Disability Questionnaire, the Problem Checklist, the Whiplash Disability Questionnaire, the VAS, the Impact of Events Scale, and the LiSat-11. Plot individual exams or serial exams. Combine Oswestry and NDI or plot individual subscales. All parts of the plot are completely customizable by the user. Paste plots into Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, or other programs. Will run on a Mac too. Requires Microsoft Excel. All forms are provided, along with a detailed User Manual. Call us to order.
